🚚 Delivery Policy

We take great care in delivering our chocolates to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery Areas

• We currently deliver within the UAE only.

Delivery Time

• Next-day delivery for all orders placed before 5:00 PM.

• Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be scheduled for the following day.

Delivery Fees

• Standard delivery: AED 40

• Far areas: AED 60

Scheduled Delivery

• Customers may request a scheduled delivery date at checkout or by contacting us after placing the order.

Temperature-Sensitive Products

• Our chocolates are temperature-sensitive and are delivered using appropriate delivery methods to maintain product quality upon arrival.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address. Once the order has been delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
